1. Order Processing

Each order is reviewed, prepared, and packed with care before dispatch. Processing timelines may differ for originals, prints, and commissioned works.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed separately for a commission, orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days after successful payment and confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

Domestic orders within India generally arrive faster than international orders. International deliveries may require additional transit time because of customs review, carrier routing, local regulations, destination handling, and last-mile delivery conditions.

Any shipping or delivery timeline shown on the site is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.

3. Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Duties

Shipping charges may vary by destination country and are shown during checkout where applicable. Taxes such as VAT may also be included or calculated based on the destination country and current checkout rules.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, or any other destination-country charges unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Tracking and Delivery Support

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email or through your account when available. Courier services may include partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or other shipping providers depending on destination and shipment type.

We assist with delivery-related queries, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, failed delivery attempts, local access restrictions, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order only while the order status is placed. Once the order status changes from placed to any later stage, including in progress, in transit, delivered, or cancelled, customer cancellation is no longer available.

If a customer cancels an order while the order status is still placed, we issue a full refund of the amount paid for that order. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, bank, and payment method used.

6. Refunds After Dispatch

After the placed stage, cancellation-based refunds are not available. Refunds are not generally offered for completed, shipped, delivered, custom-made, or commissioned orders except where required by law or where we expressly approve an exception.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or materially incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package, shipping label, and item condition. We recommend reporting any such issue within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request additional evidence to evaluate claims and coordinate a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, repair guidance, courier claim handling, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and contact email are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned parcels, storage fees, or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information submitted by the customer.
