1. Dispatch & Painting Timelines

Ready-Made Artworks: Pre-painted originals and prints are prepared and packed with extreme care, usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Commissions: Because your piece is hand-painted from scratch, please allow 3-4 weeks for the painting, drying, and varnishing process. Dispatch occurs only after you have approved the final email preview.

2. Transit Delivery Times

Domestic orders within India generally arrive within 3-7 business days post-dispatch. International deliveries can take 7-15 business days depending on customs reviews, carrier routing, and destination handling.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

4. Global Packaging Standards

All artworks are packaged using premium, multi-layered protective materials (acid-free paper, bubble wrap, rigid boards or protective tubes) to ensure they survive global transit environments seamlessly.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Ready-Made Art: You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it enters the dispatch phase. Once shipped, all sales are final.

Custom Commissions: The initial 40% advance deposit is non-refundable once the painting process has begun, as it covers the cost of bespoke materials and initial labor. Because I offer unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction before the remaining 60% is paid, final commissioned sales are non-refundable once the artwork has been approved and dispatched.

6. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the exterior packaging, the shipping label, and the internal damage immediately. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assess the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution (such as repair or replacement instructions depending on the piece).
